In a number of cases we provide your data to external parties (where necessary). This is the case when we work with external service providers and municipalities. Third party service providers may only use your data for the performance of the relevant services. They cannot use or pass on your data independently of the relevant services. In order to process your payment, we will need to collect the following information: • Credit card details / Payment account details Please note that when you use a credit card as a payment method, your card details are not stored in the Lensli.com database. The information is entered and stored directly by the party processing the credit card payments and this data is therefore not visible to Lensli.com employees. Please refer to the privacy statement of the party processing the credit card information.

1.2 Use of the IP address
We may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your computer on a network or the Internet.

Lensli.com registers the chat conversations social media channels only for quality purposes and never shares or sells them to third parties. Do not share privacy-sensitive personal data via social media channels.

5. YOUR RIGHTS: right to information and deletion (right to be forgotten)

You can obtain information about your data free of charge at any time. You can of course ask us to block, correct or delete any personal data we have stored about you. In addition, you can always revoke the consent you may have given us for the collection and use of your data. Please contact info@lensli.com. Your request will be processed within 30 days. We will always be happy to answer any further questions you may have about our processing of personal data. Please note that the legal data protection regulations and the way in which third parties handle data, (e.g. Google), can constantly change. It is therefore advisable to keep abreast of changes in the legal regulations and policies of these companies.

We store your personal data within the European Economic Area.

7. How long we store your personal data

Lensli.com retains personal data for up to 18 months after the end of the service, after which all personal data will be destroyed. Financial data, more specifically information about the transactions you carry out, is stored according to the tax term of seven (7) years and then destroyed.

8. Cookies

We use so-called "cookies" to extend the operation of our website and make it easier for you to use. “Cookies” are small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit our website. You have the option to prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings, but this may limit the usability of our website.

9. Data collection through the use of Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service. Both Google and Google Analytics use so-called “cookies”. We collect and store data, such as the date and time of website access and the page from which you accessed our site, in order to optimize our website. This is done anonymously without personally identifying the user of the site.

We would like to keep you informed of our new products and initiatives. Think that info@lensli.com has a strict “opt-in” policy for persons who are not (yet) customers. This means that if you are not a customer, we will not send any newsletters or information unless you have requested to receive these updates. In the event that you wish to order our newsletter, we will first need to confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter and your e-mail address. This data is only collected for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. This data is not sold to third parties. So where you are already a customer, we will keep you informed about our new initiatives and products and provide you with an easy way to unsubscribe from our newsletter if you wish. We use Mailchimp as our email marketing software. Mailchimp stores interactions to personalize the content of the newsletters. If at any time you wish to be removed from our direct list and do not wish to receive further information from us, you may do so by:

Once this information is received, we will immediately remove you from our direct marketing database.
