To expand our production team in Bleiswijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic:

PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE (m/f)

Location Bleiswijk (Western Netherlands)

What will you do as a Production Employee?
We have two production locations in Bleiswijk and Cuijk, where automated installations are used for the composition, production and packaging of substrates. Your work will include supporting and preparatory work for our production processes.

In addition:

  • process your supplied raw materials into semi-finished products using various machines (including a screening installation).
  • Do you operate the various packaging lines and perform packaging activities, such as;
    • filling plastic bags with soil;
    • the filling of 'big bags', 'boxes' and 'big bales'.
  • load and unload the products with the forklift or shovel.
  • prepare your orders for transport.
  • keep track of the inventory of packaging materials.
  • Act as a point of contact on behalf of the production employees for planning and production management.
  • perform (standard) maintenance work on the forklift.
  • Visually assess the substrate to see if it meets the agreed quality.
